Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, while clean, fell short of expectations for a supposed cottage style room. The cleanliness was questionable with half-empty toiletry bottles left in the bathroom, raising doubts about thorough cleaning. On the bright side, the service was helpful and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay despite the aged room amenities. The location right off the Trans Canada Highway is convenient for a quick stopover but lacks proper lighting at night. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the proximity of my room in the motel section rather than the main hotel was puzzling. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel is conveniently located right along the highway, making it a good stopover option for travelers. The rooms, although showing their age, offer a good shower, nice towels, excellent WiFi, and a comfortable bed. While the surroundings are quiet, the room numbers could be better lit for easier navigation at night.
The hotel's cottage-style rooms, while comfortable, could use some updating, lacking amenities like a stove and a mini fridge. The location off the Trans Canada highway offers convenience for a quick stop but falls short on cleanliness and ambiance. The dining experience, though good in quality, comes at a higher cost. Friendly service is commendable, yet room for improvement remains in terms of overall value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located right off the Trans Canada Highway, making it a good stop enroute across the island. The rooms in the efficiency units were clean and comfortable, with excellent WiFi and a nice shower, but being in an annex across the highway was a downside with no services available. The location is quiet but dark at night, and the price seemed a bit overpriced for the condition of the room.
